I am back with a solo episode talking about the importance of taking care of ourselves not just physically but emotionally and psychologically.
Self care is something that can "fly" by as we get caught up in the busy-ness of our lives...we forget to check in and then we end up, in some cases, burning out.
I know. This happened to me a few weeks ago.
And also in this mini episode I talk about the importance of doing your own inner child work. If the narrative in your head is keeping you stuck, then look within and pay attention to your thoughts.
Many of us have "noise" from our past. Inner child work allows us to move up and out of the past.
Caveat: If you are experiencing traumatic memories this requires the work of a licensed therapist. Please reach out to a therapist who specializes in trauma work.
