This is a story about one man's faith and determination to

Dr. Matt Moore earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and
psychology from Hanover College. He earned his MSW and PhD from
Indiana University. Matt's research focuses on the integration of
social work in sports. He is the co-founder and current President
of the Alliance of Social Workers in Sports (ASWIS). Matt has a
track record of working with multiple sports organizations from the
youth to professional level. He loves teaching courses on social
welfare policy, research, and macro practice. In 2017, Matt won the
Excellence in Teaching Award at Ball State University. He is also a

former collegiate athlete. He's spent almost two decades coaching
at the varsity high school and Division I, and Division III college
level. His coaching success is evidenced by multiple coaching
awards and team success.
